MR-04 AAA Spec Intermediate
This MR-04 AAA Spec Intermediate build for AAA Spec shares a base setup to the AAA spec beginner build, but adds a few upgrades to it. By this point, you should have swapped out the T-plates, wheels, tires, and body. I recommend upgrading to your own radio. The Flysky radios and the Futaba 10px have the ability to add a module to connect with a RTR Mini-Z. Upgrading your radio can give a more precise driving feel behind the wheel, giving you more consistency, and they open up a ton of tuning options in the remote.
If you’re looking for even more performance, try adding a PN Racing Disk Damper and PN Racing Dual Spring Center Shock. Also try out some Kyosho or PN Racing front springs for the MR-04. These upgrades allow you to tune the handling of the car even more to get every tenth you can out of the car.
